HyperTalk compatible language for use with the CLR
I've always been a big HyperTalk fan in the days of HyperCard stacks. Are there any languages ββlike HyperTalk for use with Visual Studio and the CLR? The benefits of using natural language syntax (like "Get the third line of text in a text field named" Comments ") and" strong typing "would be great The real goal is to create something extremely business analyst-friendly since even VB. NET can be tricky.

An interesting concept. I wonder if the recent interest in Domain Languages (DSLs) is the modern equivalent.
you can check
- Metaprogram system
- Oslo and text DSLs
- Windows PowerShell (relatively easy to write custom cmdlets)
- ANTLR (supports .NET targeting)
- Boo (presumably easy to renew, but this was not my experience)
