HL7 V3 Certification Materials

I am planning to provide HL7 V3 RIM and CDA certification. Does anyone know how to prepare for these exams? Can anyone provide me with some good stuff?

I'll just add that the eLearning course available above was a good broad learning exercise from my experience. You must also study the CDA specification in order to pass the exam.
