Are there any good OSS instances for converting Exception to HTML (C #)?

Working with EntLib 4.1 and want the Exception block to send an email with information about the error. All that is good, but out of the box I have a text or Xml formatter to work with. I would like the view in Html to contain other information like browser, http headers, etc. I wrote one a few years ago, but I no longer have a source and I quickly got to the hits on google, so I figured I would ask the SO community and see if anyone knew of what is floating around there in a series of tubes. which are grids.
