Flex 3: "& lt; 1 year from Xml list does not fall on Y-axis in bar chart

I have an xml source like this

In FlexBuilder 3: The Y-axis of the graph does not show the value for "<1 yr"

where, when others are approaching, like ">85 yr"

can one handle it in flex 3 to render that value.
