it depends a little on what you want to do, but we suggest a C ++ (for win32 and osx) libray that allows you to display XPS documents. You can also manipulate and draw XPS files using our SDK.

I don't know if this is possible, but since Internet Explorer can view XPS documents, just load the ActiveX web browser into ActiveX?
