if I open a connection to the server from Firefox browser and then I open a new tab in the same browser instance to establish a connection to the server, is it counted as one session on the server or is it counted as two diff sessions?
Seems to be the same session. However, if I use the diff user to login, both seem to be classified under the same session? Is this the correct behavior?
If you click the link for the current session to open it in a new tab, then it will be in the same session. If you just open a blank window and log in again, then as far as I know this is a new session.
