How do I use Access 2003 mde with Access 2007 and keep my own menus / toolbars?
Please describe the exact steps required to use a compiled Access 2003 mdb with the Access 2007 runtime and keep my custom menus and toolbars so they look the same as they did at runtime in 2003. I've tried following various incomplete instructions on the web, but I either end up with my menus / toolbars in the Views tab of the ribbon, or it doesn't show up at all.

See Jeff Konrad's page How do I get my existing existing menu bars and toolbars to work in Access 2007? Now they are all displayed in the add-ins tab.
