How to use PhotoLibrary without jailbreak

This is a good thing you did. Could you please explain: How to use CameraLontLock PhotoLibrary without jailbreak. Actually I loaded the dump class and tried to reset PhotoLibrary but it didn't work. He gives:

/*
 *     Generated by class-dump 3.1.2.
 *
 *     class-dump is Copyright (C) 1997-1998, 2000-2001, 2004-2007 by Steve Nygard.
 */

This file does not contain any Objective-C runtime information.

So I wanted to know how to dump it and use it in xcode.

a) You cannot use PhotoLibrary directly because it is not part of the iPhone SDK. This appears to be what you mean by "no jailbreak"

b) Who is Mark and what did he do?

PhotoLibrary

is a C structure (does not contain ObjC code), so the dump class gives nothing. (And no, you cannot use PL in SDK-compatible code.)
