Blank pages in some versions of Acrobat

I have a PDF that is generated from an HTML source using HTMLDOC. While I can view the file perfectly fine on my Mac and every version of Acrobot I can handle, some end users show some pages as completely blank.

Blank pages are somewhat unique in that they contain images, but I don't understand why this would affect the result.

Are there any known bugs in Adobe Reader that can cause this?

Edit: After digging into this, you have the originals from a logged copy, and while it works, I'm still complaining about customers.

I am assuming there are fonts in the file that are not on the client machine. Are fonts embedded? If not, this will be the first thing I try. This will make your PDFs look bigger, but that should fix the problem.

I ran into this too ... after opening the balank PDF page. But after going to the next page and returning, the text will be shown.
