Is there any third party software to modify SSIS packages?

I've been working on some data conversion tasks in SSIS. Visual Studio got better in 2008, but I found that there are some things that annoy me (i.e. when I delete something in the Package Explorer it refreshes the entire screen, returning me to the top of the tree. Some keyboard shortcuts .) Are there any other DTSx package editors or plugins for VS and are they worth the trouble?

For things like this, believe it or not, XML is pretty readable if you open the file as XML in visual studio and do Ctrl + K, Ctrl + D to reformat the XML document.

Have you tried watching Rhino.ETL ? This is a replacement for the code in SSIS, although I have not used it personally.
