Where to download and install Oracle Directory Manager?

Someone please tell me where can I download the Oracle Directory Manager component? I know this on one of the Oracle 10g drives, but which one? Database, Client or Companion.

If you're looking for odm or oidadmin you get a few pointers like this forum post . So it appears to be part of a client package that can be downloaded here
