What do the values in tload mean?
The server I'm trying to save calls me.
Among other things, I ran tload. This probably provides useful information to someone who knows how to read this data. I do not do this.
It says:
1.36, 1.12, 0.59 -------------
What should I learn from this? This is our homemade statistics server, it receives a huge amount of requests and runs the logrotate and crons analysis of the log script. It also generates static JSON files containing lists of "top 10" content and serves requests for them.

These are the average load values over the last 1, 5, and 15 minute intervals. A load average above 1 means that processes are waiting on the CPU. Here is a Wikipedia article on loading averages .
As your average loads decrease, it looks like you have a short stroke, intermittent and heavy load on the server. This also means that you are probably CPU bound, although this is not necessarily the case that memory or I / O bottlenecks can cause a lot of context switches.
However, 1.36 is not that high, so I would look at memory or IO limits.
