How to get free space on MMC flash card

I want to get the size and free space on my phone's memory card via USB connection from PC.

I am using a PC connection .

This is not a mobile app; this is a desktop application. All I do is open a connection between the app and the mobile phone and then copy the required files to a specific folder in the MMC.

Now I need to get free space and total size to notify the user if his memory card is full and then stop transferring. Is there a function in CONA that can help me do this?

Umm Active Sync on WinMo shows this, on G1 - the connected drive, and for Iphone this information is in iTunes. I'm assuming you are using WinMo?
