http://wmd-editor.com/ is the editor used by stackoverflow :) Er, you mean the PHP editor, look at mozilla bespin: https://bespin.mozilla.com/ And take a closer look

It doesn't have WYSIWYG, but it's strictly a code editing plugin for jQuery that supports several different languages. Highly recommended.
