Is there a microsoft based asp.net markup container?

MSDN has the functionality I'm looking for here . Since microsoft recognizes the usefulness of a split container for the internet, is this page a usable publicly available Microsoft .NET-based .net delimited container?

The page has a Javascript js file that links to all containers. Alas the script is not publicly available.
