Source Code for Oracle Forms / Reports Builder

Explore and test all version control solutions for use with Oracle Forms / Reports developers. but none of the existing solutions work with Oracle products. Have any of them done a similar practice? and how do you control the Oracle Forms / Reports source code?

What we used (I don't work with Forms or Reports anymore) converts forms and reports to text files (.fmt files for forms, I forget the file extension for reports) and put those text files in the version control system (which was PVC ).

In Forms 11g, the developer is available to create a .txt file of the form source. We are doing a basic level in SVN in this .txt file. File-> Administrator-> Object List Report
