How to create a PDF preview with iTextSharp

Question

Please advise how can I make a preview of an existing PDF in Bitmap so that I can display it in my form?

iTexhSharp cannot render PDF for image, best look at GhostScript.

I have a C # wrapper for a GhostScript DLL that does this, email me at the address on my profile page and I'll post it to you.
