Has anyone used mantis to post a question with an app?

I am having trouble adding attachment to a mantis using mantis join. I can attach a file to the problem, but when I load for example an image, it always gives me an error when I try to open the image.

I have many ways to read a file into a byte array always without success.

Has anyone used mantisconnect to send an attachment?
