OpenSSO Fedlet with PHP
Can OpenSSO federations be used with PHP (or technology other than Java or .Net) to enable Identity Federation?
Are there any examples using Fedell implementing PHP?

No - currently feds are only for Java or .Net. There is simpleSAMLphp , but the associated project is clearly targeting PHP.
