Do 2 accounts link to two different pages?

This puzzles me a little. I am developing a SharePoint MOSS 2007 site. I have one set of accounts that have no problem accessing the site and using the correct home page. When I use the second set of Windows user accounts, they use a completely different home page for a reason unknown to me. There is no logical separation between these groups, which means that 1 account from one department can behave correctly, and the other account forms the same department, which should have the same privileges, linking to another main page.

When I try to programmatically see what the master page is, it displays the same default default path as for other users, "_catalogs / masterpage / default.master".

The strange thing is that it seems that this different home page is actually the same, but an older version. Has anyone experienced the same problem? How to fix it? How do I know what the second home page is?

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked and approved the master pager after editing it so that the new version is available to everyone?
