Setting up an external launcher in PyScripter to run IronPython

Any Iron PyScripter in the house? I'm looking for the External Run options / variables needed to configure IronPython to run the current script. I don't understand any example variables, so I actually need text instructions or screenshots on how to configure the External Tools Properties configuration page. Thanx!
