Developer suggestions

Work on a PoC project that transfers data from USB over Wi-Fi:

I need a development kit with WLan (preferably 802.11g) and a HighSpeed USB device. Ignore the processor type, memory size, etc. (Even a kit with only Ethernet 100M will do)

If anyone can recommend someone or even suggest a place to request, I will be most obligated.

Regards, Murkin

If you are fine with Linux and adding a third party wifi module, you can look at ATSTK5xx. Mouser sells them for just eighty dollars, and Wi-Fi can get you fifty more. The Atmel FAE is probably a good place to start.

If you're willing to spend a little more money, you can also look at buglabs.net and gumstix.com

I would look at pistol boards and a beagle. Both are using linux and have various peripherals you can plug in.

Slightly more expensive is LogicPD's omap3530 eval board, which I believe has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB hw on board.
