Simple Sitemap Editor?

I'm just wondering if there is a simple application that will allow me and other users to edit a sitemap for ASP.NET more visually. The XML format is not hard for me to understand, but I want someone else to modify the current sitemap for me and that person is not familiar with XML and does not understand the non-graphical interface.

So, is there a simple tool to visually edit a sitemap?
