What is a runner?
The reason I ask is because every email I receive when the link is connected, I keep getting "Platform version 1.9.0.4 not compatible with minimum version> = 1.9.0.5 max version <= 1.9.0.5 ...
I have no clue how to get rid of the xul runner or what I need to do to get my computer to accept the xul or what I need to do. Can someone please provide me with step by step (and I mean very clear step by step instructions) on how to do whatever I need to do to fix this?
XUL is a tool created by the Mozilla Corporation (the people who made Firefox and Thunderbird) to write their applications more than writing applications for the web.
With that said, if you are using Firefox to view webmail when this problem occurs, or using Thunderbird and with this problem, I would uninstall any plugins you have installed and then test them. If that still doesn't fix the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app you're using to view the message.
