How can I prevent IE from using my Windows ID when accessing local websites?

Question

I am doing some tests on Windows Server 2008.

When I try to access a url (like the TFS web service url) for testing purposes, it automatically uses my windows id (i.e. admin)

How do I get IE to display the login popup so I can try to login with a "standard" user?
