Import from ADO.NET Data Services to Excel

I am playing with ADO.NET Data Services and want to import the output from a query into a spreadsheet. Although Excel 2007 allows me to import query results from a web page, the resulting table contains all the XML header information which makes it impossible for my users to view / manipulate the data. Can't seem to find a solution. Any help? thank.

You went to the Data tab.
Then From Other Sources and then Import XML Data ?

Use a data url. I used Jon Udell's comment feed as a test and it worked.

If I knew about the ADO.NET public url, I could test it.

This does not work as expected because the root web services are in a special XML format that is different from the ATOM used by ado.net data services. check this url for not so good solution: http://geeks.netindonesia.net/blogs/andriyadi/archive/2009/07/16/oba-excel-amp-ado-net-data-services.aspx
