Sharepoint 2007 on Windows 2008

Question

I wanted some feedback on the issues we might face if we break down Sharepoint 2007 on Windows 2008 instead of Windows 2003.

Windows SharePoint Services 3 is supported perfectly in Windows 2008. You need to make sure you are using SP1 .

To save time, there are two main decision points:

Create your own streaming installation of SharePoint with the latest Service Pack (SP3 for now), and then install it directly on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Activate .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows Server to Get Rid of Windows Workflow Foundation Error
