How to determine which process template in VS2010 to use?

I am wondering which process template in Visual Studio Team Foundation Server people use and why.

I am a Solo developer on a .Net store that only makes native apps. I do all kinds of applications for our company. Many of them are critical and are used daily by most of our 300 employees. These applications will run for a while and in constant maintenance.

Which process will work best for my situation? What do I need to understand in order to make this decision? Which process will work best for ever changing / changing applications.

As an example of what I mean; I just took our main application, which was a web application, and rewrote it as a "WinForm Connected" application to allow our nurses to use the program remotely.

VS Team Server 2010 includes MSF for Agile Software Development

and MSF for CMMI Process Improvement

.

MSF Agile is the way to go. You are a solo developer, and the flexible way will allow you to capture your workload to complete and rank and prioritize without any CMMI process overhead.
