What is rubyscript2exe license?
It says that the rubyscript2exe license is GPL, but I can't figure out the following: If I create an executable with it, can I use an application created by my company, not contribute to the GNU community (without sharing my Ruby -code?)
Can I include it in our product and sell my executable as part of our product?

Yes! The GPL license only shows how you use the GPL source code, not the data with which you use it. So, if you were to write an extension to the original program or change its source, you must publish this modification. But the GPL never obliges you to comply with any rules regarding your data that is used / created by the GPL-covered program.
In your case, this data is also code, but for the purposes of the GPL, it is just any old data.
