VB.Net/Blackberry

I have a vb.net application written for a PDA.

Can I write a VB.net app for Blackberry?

Not. Blackberry uses Java, either for the standard J2MEs or for the native RIM APIs.

See their beginning .

The oldest Mobitex pagers used C ++, but again, VB.net support was not supported.

Actually, you can. There is a product called CrossFire that was released by a company called AppForge, which is no longer functional. However, there are several articles on how to use them. I believe Oracle acquired the rights. I don't think anyone is selling it. The product definitely works. I don't know why the company went to naught.

However, I believe the latest CrossFire was 6.0. The sad thing is that you can't buy it anywhere. However, this will probably solve your needs. Let's say you can probably find it and it might be 58MB. :)

Turn on your web browser to connect to the network. Visual Studio 2005 - 2008 y sirve para trabjar con Blackberry. mira este link http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/rapidappdev/devtools.jsp

I've programmed for BlackBerry using their native API and Java and (hardly any) J2ME. It was a huge mess, especially when they didn't have an Eclipse plugin at the time. They recently released an Eclipse plugin that should make life a lot easier.

VB.NET is not officially supported, but sorry.
