How to dynamically create a subdomain for an Asp.net application?

I am making clone 1 and 1 of my business website where it creates a subdomain for each client. Once registered, it generates a subdomain url for each user according to the client id like " http://s301488216.initial-website.co.uk/ ". And I have no idea how to dynamically create a subdomain. Or I need a special folder structure for this.

Subdomains have nothing to do with asp.net; this is a DNS trick. So you need to work with whoever manages the DNS servers for your domain.
