How close can you identify a user using asp.net and webservices

The task is simple, and there can be many answers. But here goes: On my site I will make an InfoAboutYou.aspx page. So far I got the IP address and browser name and version, but it was hard for me to expand, with almost everything I can find about the curret user / ip and hes Browser / OS Are there any free web services, who can find more information about a specific IP address?

The idea is to understand how a specific random user can be pin pointet

There are many things that you can detect with JavaScript and then return to the server, like some of the statistics that Google Analytics does. You can define the screen size, etc.
