Enterprise Template Printing System

I am looking for an enterprise grade template printing system. I am interested in every software I can evaluate. Commercial or not.

What I need is a separate system ready to send tags for a printable (digital or paper) template (e.g. contract, invoice, etc.). Templates must be managed by the same software. It should run over web services or over enterprise bus (JMS or MQSeries connectors preferred).

Is it okay to give some names and maybe some urls? Everything will be useful even if it doesn't exactly match the requirements.

This is an old question, but for Googlers there we use a couple of products to render documents in XSL-FO (the W3C standard paper specification we create using XSL) or PDF, PostScript, etc. We use it to display documents on the Internet and also print several thousand thousand monthly.



  • RenderX (.NET, Java, whatever) provides a very efficient solution for our bulk printing needs
  • IBEX PDF Creator (.NET only) for online PDF rendering
