Free source for yellow pages data?
Is there a free source with basic yellow pages (name, address, phone number)? I don't mind if it's out of date. I couldn't find anything with google. To clarify, I'm looking for a data dump, I know I can just go to yellow pages.com or whatever for regular queries. As a last resort, I'll probably clean it up.

Data like this tends to be very expensive, so hardly anyone will find a free catalog. If there are, it will probably be terribly outdated or have a lot of duplicates.
In my previous job, the company looked at business directories - the main sticking point was the cost of good clean data.

Yes, I would recommend something like Yellabot.com and get the GOLD version if you can automate data cleansing as well. I don't know anywhere that I'm going to provide this data for free, but if you're willing to pay for it, I'm sure there are companies out there that will sell the entire shebang for $ 10 out of $ 1000. If you find this, let me know lol.
