Custom templates for SSDT

What is the correct folder name to store the custom item template for SQL Server Data Tools Database Project?

eg. In which subfolder it should be located in the C: \ Users \ accountname \ Documents \ Visual Studio 11 \ Templates \ ItemTemplates folder

The templates provided by SSDT appear to be in the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ Extensions \ Microsoft \ SQLDB \ Extensions \ SqlServer folder

(For VS2010 replace "10" with "11" in the above paths)

You save the RDL template in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ PrivateAssemblies \ ProjectItems \ ReportProject. It will then be available in the Add> New Report window.
