Could not load file or assembly "project name" or one of its dependencies

I am making a Windows Application project using Visual Studio Ultimate 2010.

Lately when I open my project this message is displayed:

An error occurred while trying to run the project: Could not load file or assembly "project name" or one of its dependencies. The module is expected to contain an assembly manifest.

I uninstalled Visual Studio 2010 from my computer and installed it again; I even reinstalled my operating system, but this error message is still displayed.

I didn't do anything for my project. I need a solution, I've been Googling, but I still can't find a fix.
