Setting the price level for a free app
I have developed an app that has already been submitted to the app store and is also approved. But I have the following questions.

My app is currently free. But my client wants to make payment after 2 months. I have not asked for pricing information because I have not yet confirmed which level I want to select. So my question is, is the pricing information after a few days of approving my app, will the app go back for review? Changing needs for price information approval?

No, your app will no longer check for price changes. Your app just gets paid.

If a user downloaded your app when it was free, they can use your app all the time. Even if after 2 months, if you make your app paid, then existing users don't need to pay for it because they already downloaded the app when it was free. Only the new user has to pay to download the app.

NOT. Unless you make some changes to your application and want to download a new version or something else. Just a price change does not require re-approval

No apple will handle this scenario. They will continue to use it as free. Apple says that the app you once bought / downloaded belongs to you. And all updates that come later are free.
