Can the Apple Store Store URL change after resubmitting the iOS app?
I wouldn't expect this, but I need to be 100% confident before we print our flyers ... could the URL of our app (already in the app store) change if we introduce a new version in the future?

As long as you update your app, that is, submit a new version, the URL will not change. You will have your app name and app id, while staying the same so the url doesn't change. I have a link on my web page that links to my app in the app store and has stayed working for many years and many versions of my app.

Why not use some kind of redirection? Print your flyer to point to your own website, www.mycompany.com/myGreatApp.html, and there is a link to the Apple Store on that page.
This gives you 2 great benefits. First, your URL is shorter and easier to type, and second, you don't have to worry about Apple changing your URL. As GabCas points out, they won't, but your own webpage will be much better in print.
