Where does Umbraco Contour store forms?

This is a very simple question as stated in the title.

I've looked in the database and filesystem, but can't find where Contour stores the generated forms.

Please note that I mean, first of all, a complete picture of the form without the need for export. Where can I see the "Contour data source"?

Any guidance is welcome.

UPDATE: Please note that as I said, I'm looking for the full picture. I know UF tables, but not all of them are stored in them.

UPDATE: I know that not everything is stored in UF tables because after renaming a method in a custom field type I created, I got a message System.MissingMethodException

that says there is no method with the old name.
