Porting a winform app to monodevelop on mac

I am trying to port a winforms application built in Visual Studio to Mac using monodevelop. After resolving compilation errors, when I run the program, the application throws these exceptions:

The app works fine in Visual Studio and I have no idea what to do.

You probably have a custom control (KnobControl) that you cannot create.

Perhaps you do not have this control, or this control does not compile with mono.
