Automatically change the PBI status to Ready when all related tasks are running in TFS 2012?

Tried to figure it out as our old Scrum template for Team Team did it in a previous version of TFS, however I can't seem to find a way to make the PBI automatically change its state to Done when all related tasks are done in TFS 2012.

I haven't seen a ready-made solution, but TFS Aggregator is a plugin that is designed to handle this scenario.
