Is there a way to pan in sublime text 2?
Does anyone know of a sublime text plugin that allows you to copy-paste code that looks like the canvas of a Photoshop file?
Space + drag or middle mouse + drag?
I can imagine this becomes useful if you don't have text wrapping in a very tall document. If the plugin doesn't exist, it's possible that I can start working on it.

Not yet, I have added a website request, you can increase it.

I looked at the Plugin API and didn't seem to provide a way to implement this as a plugin.
