Smartsheet and Jira with Data Tracker

I am stuck installing Jira instance with Smartsheet.

I followed the Tutorial and I got to the point where I have the logs shown below and I am stuck knowing where to go next while trying to get it to work! (I am using python 2.7.6.)

I believe it could be something with connecting to the Jira API and getting a JSON string. Tried everything, now I have no ideas - I hope you guys can help me!
