How can I list all open applications including metro in C #?

I want to create an incremental switch between open apps and I need to turn on the metro. The view I want to show is similar to the one present in the Windows 8 TaskManager under "Less Info".

There, you could see meters show side-by-side with desktop applications. I have tried with Process.GetProcess () method but with no success so far.
