PCIDSS with Google Tag Manager

I wonder if anyone can shed some light if using Google Tag Manager is PCIDSS compliant?

I know it has provisions to ensure that tags cannot be injected like securing servers, securing xss, etc., but can't find anything if a tag manager that allows dynamic html changes is ok or not.

I see both arguments ...
