Angular bootstrap expansion in table cell

Question

I am trying to output an angular popup to a table. The dropdown is disabled at the end of the cell. In this image, "Other Option" is disabled.

If I used the normal select / option I get this (the dropdown floats across the table and is not limited by the cell size.

Can the same effect be achieved with a bootstrap drop?
