Unable to scroll on web page on click and scroll while on slider in mobile browser

I have a problem. I used a slider on a website and it works in a web view. but while I am viewing it on mobile, I cannot scroll the web page when I click and scroll the slider.

BUT IF I ALLOW FROM ANY OTHER SECTIONS, EXCEPT THE SLIDER, AND TRY TO VIEW THE PAGE, IT'S A WORKING LESSON.

Issued only on the slider.

In the above image, if we touch the slider area and drag it up and down, nothing happens. And if I do the same in any other section, then its page scrolling is correct. I want the slider to work the same as the rest section. because its tired that I scroll the page from top to bottom, and when the slider goes ahead and I want to scroll even more, it freezes.

Please help me to do this. Thank you in advance.
