The visual editor is split into Wordpress. The editor is only HTML mode. The tabs for switching between VISUAL / HTML modes are hidden. I already tried to disable all plugins but didn't work. WP 3.5.1.
hi this exact problem is happening and you can fix it by going to
users -> Profile -> Visual editor uncheck the box
