Polymer Elements in Windows HTML / JS Application

I'm wondering what are the limitations of using Polymer elements in a Windows 8 app built with a white JavaScript project.

A quick test throws an error when loading dynamic content, which makes sense. I also don't know how Polymer Polymers will work with it.

Is there a way to do this? Just curious.
