Video does not play in IE browser

I created a php web app like 9gag, the problem is if any view in Chrome works well and on the web it doesn't play after clicking refresh, it works fine. Plz help

Internet Explorer is one insane lame browser that has ever been made. It must be something about the titles of the video you are trying to view in the browser.



Also did you not provide information about what you are using for video playback, flash or HTML5?
